	Place Stars in Astral Form (X). ACTIVATE a Star to transform it into a Nebula (smoke). USE (F) a Star to Dissipate it, returning the Star to be placed in a new location after a delay. Dissipate briefly forms a fake Nebula at the Star’s location before returning.

Ultimate

	INSTANTLY overload with polarized radianite energy that empowers KAY/O and causes large energy pulses to emit from his location. Enemies hit with these pulses are suppressed for a short duration. While overloaded, KAY/O gains combat stim. If KAY/O is killed while overloaded, he is downed and enters a destabilized state, allowing allies to stabilize his core and revive him.Ultimate

• KAY/O comes from an Alternate Timeline Earth where Radiants were enemies of humans and were being used as weapons.
  • “Humans allied with Radiants. What a strange world.”

  • He may have arrived from his timeline using a specialized teleporter that took him back in time to Earth 1, arriving on board the destroyed Kingdom container ship “Meridian” at an island in the Atlantic Ocean.
• KAY/O often uses military language:
  • 86’d: Referencing the US Uniform Code of Military Justice Article 86, which is about personnel who go Absent without Leave.
